All products are described and priced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Xendit. Guest checkout is available — no account creation is required.

4. Made-to-Order Items

Made-to-Order pieces are individually created based on your specifications and preferences. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange. We strongly recommend discussing sizing and details with our team before placing a Made-to-Order request.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with all tags attached. Made-to-order items are not eligible for return. For full details, see our Returns & Exchanges page.
